Once we set up a scheme for you, we will provide a global password
for your employees to use. This will provide employee with access to our online
quotation system at www.colleaguecars.co.uk.
Employees then set up their own username and can visit the site as many times as
they wish to look at special deals and run quotations on cars and insurance.
Colleague Cars process:
STEP 1 - Choose a car online
At any one time we have a huge range of cars available from most manufacturers.
Cars can be funded over 2 or 3 years and from 5,000 to 20,000 miles per annum. Employees
can add accessories as required. All quotations include early termination cover
should the employee voluntarily leave employment prior to the end of the term.
STEP 2 - Get an insurance quote online
Our motor insurance is mandatory and includes full business use cover and a courtesy
car. Monthly premiums are fixed for the duration of the car term (no more than one
fault claim).
STEP 3 - Place order online
Once an employee has decided upon their package, we will process the order and ask
the organisation for final authorisation. We will also send the employee terms and
conditions of the scheme for acceptance together with salary sacrifice paperwork.
STEP 4 - Activate salary sacrifice
Once the car is delivered, payments for the car and the insurance will be collected
from the organisation. We will provide you with reports to process these amounts
via salary sacrifice.
